Joined mental health startup Mind Ease early and helped take it from a web-only MVP to an investor-backed cross platform app with tens of thousands of users and a 4.5 or above rating on both the App Store and Google Play.

• Established brand look and feel, app and web UX flows and the UI system

• Created illustration & animation systems for product and marketing

• Hired and managed team of two designers: Delia Racheru & Gabrielle Elster

• Qualitative user research and quantitative data for making decisions

• Designed, tested, launched, continuously iterated apps & online presence

• Led team in designing marketing materials, social content and adverts

• Managed lean kanban board, ran hackathons, nurtured development
